You know that stuff you played with as a kid? The one you never knew if it was a solid or a liquid? I remember being absolutely fascinated by it growing up and the kids certainly still are today. Oobleck is one of the coolest substances I know of and is a great tool to use to discuss states of matter. Is it a solid or a liquid? It all depends on the pressure you use against it. The kids had an absolute blast with it today!
